If you aren't staying at one of the WDW resorts, (staying off-property instead), can you still make an ADR at one of the resort's restaurants (i.e. Beach Club's Cape May Cafe)? ... if so, can I assume that it won't be a problem either getting through the resort's security gate entrance so you can park in the resort's parking lot? ... thanx for your help :) ...

Yes you can make a ADR at a resort hotel and when you pull in to the hotel you tell them why you are there. Even if you are staying on-site sometime people drive over to other resorts (like us) and it was never a problem.
Have a great time!:cheer2:

You can absolutely eat at any of the resort restaurants! Just tell security you are dining at the resort, they will ask for ID and maybe an adr # (not really sure about that) and give you a parking pass.

thanx for the responses :) ... but I have another questions too, if you aren't staying on WDW property, when can you make an ADR? ... can you still make it 180 days in advance? ... I used to think I knew all this, but for some reason my memory has gone to mush  ...

Yes, you can make them 180 days in advance. You just cannot do 180 days +10. In other words, you'll have to call back 179 days from the start of your trip to book the ADRs for the second day of your trip, and so and so forth. I hope that makes sense.......... ?? lol
