Resorts removed from RCI choices?

Hello, we have stayed at Wyndham National Harbor with DVC pts traded to RCI before. It's been 2 years and we wanted to book it again. It was a fairly even trade last time (value wise). But, now Wyndham National Harbor does not come up in a search... nor do any of the other Wyndham resorts where we have stayed. Has Disney removed all of the Wyndham resorts from the possibilities for trade? If so, WHY? I did see that Disney is offering Mandarin Oriental in the Concierge choices now, but at a RIDICULOUS rate. We could rent with rack rate for about 25% of amount we could get for renting our points for only $14/pt... so definitely not worth using DVC pts for that. Are there any other good options for using pts in DC?

MODERATOR, PLEASE DELETE. It appears that there was a glitch in the RCI system when I was looking earlier tonight. I just logged back in and the Wyndham resorts are back in the choices now. Thank you.

FWIW, Disney doesn't control the RCI offerings. Disney wouldn't add or remove. RCI would, based on their contracts with different networks.

Well ... except that ... long ago Disney did "hand select" the group of RCI offerings into which were were permitted to trade. They claimed they were picking the cream of the crop for our protection (to prevent us from exchanging into a disappointing location). Even still, Disney enforces a restriction against trading out from DVC and back into the Orlando area. So, there are some restrictions ...?

I am fairly sure Disney, uh, "engaged in marketing hyperbole" on that hand selection hoo hoo.

The Orlando restriction is in the RCI contract.
