Resorts & Food Delivery

I was just wondering....does anyone know if any of the pizza delivery restaurants (i.e. Pizza Hut, etc.) deliver to WDW resorts? I know this may sound silly since there's so many on-site restaurants and all, but I was thinking after a long day that it might be nice just to order a pizza to be delivered to the room.

I'm not sure about off-site pizza delivery, but, depending on which resort your staying at, several have pizza delivery service via room service. And if I'm not mistaken, it's one of those rare items that ISN'T horribly priced, as room service so often is. I ordered one off the special menu at the Wilderness Lodge and it was delivered fast, delicious and wasn't all that pricey. I'm not sure how many resorts have this, but if you post here which resort your staying at, I'll bet within a day someone will be able to tell you if they've got it and how much it will cost!

LOL. OK, I tried, but I think I'm gonna fail on this one. Unfortunatley, Shades of Green is currently undergoing a massive renovation, so I couldn't find anything on what the new restauraunt/room service plan/menu will be like. But it's supposed to open in December, so hopefully, by the beginning of January, someone will be able to answer this question for you! As far as off-property deliveries, I'm betting someone will know about the possibility of that... anyone?

the pizza from Evergreens (the Sports Bar) is yummy, as is the rest of the food! No tax, and very reasonably priced

OK, I can't personally vouch for this info but I saved it after reading a similar post about having outside pizza delivered to WDW resorts. I don't think they deliver to your room as I wrote down "lobby delivery" with the following phone numbers:

Dominos 407-239-1221

Papa Johns 407-477-7777

I think both were located just outside resort property and the post stated they had pizza delivered to BC lobby and BWI lobby.

I read this somewhere on the DIS many months ago and wrote it down. Someone said the best pizza near Disney was Giordano's - it's a chicago stuffed pizza with lots of fillings and not too pricey. The number is 407-239-8900. I haven't tried them yet personally, but I'm planning to
