I would call to verify but here goes: Poly, POR, WL, AKL and GF I know do, at least I have been told that by CRO. It might just be easier for you to call them.
We've got 3 kids and found out that the only resorts that will allow 5 in a room are the Deluxe resorts with a 2 Q beds and a Day Bed -- YC, BC, BWI, AKL and Poly. You can see pictures of these rooms on WDW's official website.
I also thought of getting two adjoining rooms at a moderate hotel, which might save money if you can get them both for less than the cost of one deluxe room.
If you've got more than 2 adults, however, you may be charged an extra $25/night per adult, if you're all in one room.
