Resort Villas???

HI Everyone: I thought someone here might be able to answer a question about timeshares. A friend has purchased into a group called Resot Villas. He receives 96,000 points and uses them to reduce the cost of vacations in different places. Has anyone every heard of them and what are your thoughts? Thanks Tom

Well, I have never heard of resort villas, but I can tell you that if he bought it direct from the companyhe probably paid around 80% too much. I think he can void the sale for a week or 2 after he bought, and i would suggest he does this. The reason is that he could probably buy a resale for the exact same timeshare for much cheaper. I'm sure other people can expand on this. Tell him I hope it works out for him.

He likely bought RCI points and I would second the idea of cancelling if possible and looking at all the alternatives.
