Resort trick or treating

I searched but did not find a clear answer, so thought I would ask here. We are staying at the Poly, but have dinner reservations at Whispering Canyon on Halloween at 5. Will my little one be able to trick or treat at Wilderness Lodge while we are there? I'm a little worried we'll miss it back at Poly bc we'll be at AK all day and may not be back from dinner to catch it at Poly. While not the biggest deal, my DD will want to show off her costume! (We are going t MNSSHP Nov 1.) Thanks for any advice!!

I don't think it will be a problem at all. They aren't going to ask what resort you are staying at. According to Kenny the Pirate, trick or treating at the Poly is over at 7:30 so no, you probably won't be back in time. At WL, trick or treating is from 6-9 at the merchandise shops, lobby, and Cub's Den. If you want it to be like actual trick or treating, you can boat over to the campground and trick or treat around the loops...super fun.

Last year we were staying at BLT but going over to the Yacht Club for supper at the Yachtsman at 5:30. We had no trouble Trick or Treating at the Beach Club/Yacht Club. They never once asked. The only issue we had was that one of the stations was inside the pool area. One CM invited us in with no problem but another kept wanting to scan our band since we were in the pool area but you wouldn't have to worry about that.

Great - thank you!! I didn't think they would be asking, but wanted to be sure what I "promised"! Figure they have to know some people will try to get some trick or treating in while waiting to be seated.
