Resort to Port Help!

Here's the situation.....

We are sailing on the Fantasy

I will be staying at the Polynesian and my other parties are staying at the Hyatt MCO

How could we ensure getting the port around the same time? as we want to take a Group Boarding photo?

Book same PATs.
Book private transfer for people from WDW. At 9.15 am.
MCO cruisers get DCL transfer from 9.10 am.

Meet up at terminal circa 10.30 am.

Embarkation starts from 11.15 am with family if day, and concierge.

The Poly people could take the Magical Express back to the airport, meet up with the people staying at the Hyatt and then travel together to the port.

You would need to pre-arrange that transfer with DME and give them a dummy flight number in order to schedule the pick-up. I would suggest finding a flight that leaves about 2 hours after you want to arrive at MCO. Your transfer will then be scheduled about 3 hours prior to that flight. It may take a bit longer than 30 minutes to get to MCO as DME may make multiple resort stops to fill the bus. Or you can cab or uber to MCO and leave 30 minutes before you need to be at MCO.

Or, you could rent a car at WDW and drop it off at MCO and meet up with your party....or just drive the rental to the port and drop it off at the car rental place. I, personally, like driving to the port. We always rent a car for this purpose. I also always like to have a car at WDW the whole time. I plan on picking up my car at MCO and keeping it at WDW for 3 days before our cruise and then parking it at the port. Then back to WDW for 3 more days then return it to MCO. Of course not everyone likes to rent a car.
