resort to park transportation

Is there a link that lists the times of shuttles from resorts to theme parks? I know you receive a schedule @ check-in, but it would be helpful now in planning our mornings! Specificially- from resort to park for a character breakfast- is there Disney transportation even if it is not an EMH day? Thanks for any info you may have!!!

Buses run in approx 20 minute intervals. Less, if higher demand.

Park buses start running with limited service around 7:30am, and full service at 8:00am.
