Resort/Ticket Question Help!!

I need some help/advice for a trip. We will be staying at the Beach Club at the end of a 4 night Disney Cruise and was wondering what to do about tickets. I usally buy Annual Passes or Park Hopper Plus tickets, but with only 3-full days in the parks I don't want to buy an AP until next year. Here is my scenario:

Thurs- Leave Port Canaveral and go to the Beach Club Resort to check in
Head over to Typhoon Lagoon to relax

Fri/Saturday- Park hopping to our favorite attractions in all theme parks

If you are staying at the Beach Club for 3 nights/4 days could it be possible to buy a 2 night/3day Ultimate Park Hopper Pass? We won't be going to any park on our check-out day, but this seems to be the best deal for a ticket. Any other suggestions on tickets? Can you buy Ultimate Park Hopper tickets for any amount of time from Guest Services?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

If it were me, I'd buy PHP tickets and just save the unused days.

Personaly I would by a PHP like the previous poster stated and save the unused tickets because they never expire and price wise you come out better.
