I got what I could from Michaels. They were out of some of the colors. But I'll do my best with what I have.

Wow you all are way ahead of me. I am going to start gathering supplies and start these this week. I leave for Europe on May 15th and won't return until June 5th so I have to get thing together for that too. I am matching the colors to Bazzil but am using Coredimentions for cutting on the Cricut. Is that Ok? Bazzil is so hard to cut on the Cricut.

One girl at the swap at our LSS last night had the cuteset embossed Coredimentions but wouldn't tell me where she got it? If I can find some or if the LSS orders in I plan to use that too for some groups. We have 2 LSS, a Joanns, Micheals, Hobby Lobby and AC Moore so I am sure I can find it but it would have been easier for her to tell me so I don't have to drive all over town.

I am going to London and Paris for one of my retail classes and then DH is flying over to meet me and we are staying in Paris.

I am working on my last paper for school right now, and once this is turned in tomorrow, I can focus on this swap! I want to have this done before I leave for Disney, that's my hope. I see no reason why I shouldn't be done by then, that's 3 weeks away.

I have all my Bazill paper bought and ideas for letters but I haven't started yet. I need to finish up a few other earlier deadline swaps first. I am going to a weekend crop this Friday and all day Saturday so I should make good progress on the other swaps and get to this one soon.

I am finally off to shop for this swap.

Our scrapbook room at my mom's flooded and they think its going to be a huge deal to fix it. Luckily only a few things were damaged. My mom happened to wake up at 2am when it was raining and walked into the room where she heard the water. If she had not of woken up we would of lost tons more.

Oo, thanks! I didn't need it today, because I wore my capris, but I'll need it tomorrow.

And yes, I am lucky. These first two weeks are supposed to be really slow, but then it picks up.

Today, 10 minutes before the whale watch left, a tour-busload of French tourists get off their bus and run over to the ticket office, all paying separately for their tickets - I'm pretty sure they made it though. haha.

I finally got around to taking pictures of my 3 groups. My W group (BLT) I had one heck of time trying to figure out what to do. Propabley, because I have never even seen it finished, but since we will be staying next door for 2 days I figured I would be taking some pictures and could use this item for those. I got the inspiration for this one from the artwork that is picture inside of the room. I really like that picture:

The other letter I took from the restaurant at the contemp- The Wave.


I hand weaved all the backgrounds for the letter "p"
My last group is the only resort I have stayed at so it easily came to me. I like these a lot. The letter "E" all have a different 3-d embellie on them.

Yay! Pictures Those are beautiful.

I posted on the AK thread, that that swap came so easily to me, but I am having a hard time being really inspired for this swap. I have a few groups sort of planned, but no cutting. I think my problem is even though I've pulled paper, I'm not excited about it, or have too many choices. I need to just make a decision and start working on these.
