Resort Suggestion Help

Hey guys-
Bought a timeshare near Disney and will be visiting this year. My 2 older kids want to visit the Harry Potter exhibit, but I also have a young child at age 16 months.

Is there much for toddlers to do in Universal Orlando? If not, what would you suggest for the best for all the kids (and my wife and I) to do? My older kids love rides and the like, and I know the toddler won't have much to do anywhere, but I'd like to have at least a few toddler things to do as well.

Any help is appreciated!!!
