Resort sold out in sept

I am going to be at the Beach Club at the same time with 5,000 of my co-workers for a conference. I know that there are a couple of others going on there at the same time. maybe that has something to do with it?

The resorts are not sold out.
Disney holds rooms for all different promotions. Also September is also one of there slowest months and they cut back on staffing and close entire sections of the larger resorts to do refurbishments like painting, cleaning etc.
Free dining may be sold out but that doesn't mean there will be huge crowds in the parks.
While hotels and restaurants are busy. The parks can hold alot more people than just Disney resort guests.

Don't qorry about line ups, they will me manageable. Just make sure to have your ADR's!
