We are planning a pre and post WDW vacation with our 4 night Disney cruise in June 2010 in order to celebrate our son's college graduation which will total 11 nights in all. There will be five adults in total (my two kids will be over 18, my mom, myself and my husband).

As I do not know what the two bedrooms are like (we have only stayed in studios), I am curious as to the room layouts for the two bedrooms and if they will be spacious enough for five adults.
Also,is there is one resort over another that anyone would recommend/prefer in terms of how 2 bedrooms are layed out for five adults or are they all the same.

Also, this will be my mothers first time to WDW in 30 years!!

Thanks for the help with my planning as I am trying to figure out points for this year as to what I can use and what I have to bank for next years trip

Two bedroom units vary some. There are two types, but some resorts do not have dedicated.

All will have a full kitchen, in room washer/dryer, master bedroom with King bed, jacuzzi tub and living room area with queen sleeper sofa. AKV (except "value" units) and Bay Lake Tower will also have an additional pull out sleeper chair in the lving room.

Dedicated (most resorts):
2nd bedroom has two real beds, larger closet. Most do not have a balcony attached to the 2nd bedroom, and there is no external entry door to the 2nd bedroom.

Lock-off two bedroom:
These are one bedroom units with a connecting door to the adjoining studio unit. There will be a queen bed and full sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom. 2nd bedroom will have a kitchenette, and a small private balcony. At OKW all 2 bdrm units have 2 queen beds, no sleeper sofa, in the 2nd bedroom. Lock-off units have a smaller closet in the 2nd bedroom because of the kitchette. And there is an external entry door to the 2nd bedroom.
