Resort restaurants during closure?

I was wondering if both TS and QS restaurants at the resorts will be open during these two weeks. The hotels are open, and you need to be able to feed people, but I was wondering if only QS will be open. And if it's both, what about buffets, like Boma and Cape May? Will they still allow self-serve, or will they have staff serve, as cruise lines do during heightened norovirus times?

My guess is it will depend

how many guests are staying, is there enough need to remain open?
are there enough guests for the resort to remain open.

I can see consolidating guests and closing resorts as occupancy shrivels

I have Top of the World brunch reservations on 3/29. I'm not expecting it to be open or the parks to actually open on 4/1.
