I want to try one of the resort restaurants while we are there in October and would like help deciding based on the opinions of those of you who have eaten at the following in the past year :goodvibes

Thanks for the help so far! Could anyone tell me why they are voting for one place over the others?

I voted for Ohana. It is my favorite meal at all of WDW. I love the Polynesian atmosphere and the setup of the restaurant. Try and get a seat by the window so you can see the Castle.

I really like the food and the way it is served. They bring you all you can eat right to your table. The meats are delicious.

Ohana's also offers kids activities during your meal. This would include Cocunut Races and Hula Dancing.

Now this being said I am biased because I love the Polynesian atmosphere. Others may prefer the African cuisine and choose Boma. It really depends on you.

We had dinner at Boma's in October. The food and service was great, and we loved checking out the beautiful lobby and grounds.

I voted for Ohana for dinner because it was fun and has a great view of the MK. The food was great and my DD had a blast doing the cocnut races and hula hoop contest. That said my personal favorite is Whispering Canyon for dinner. My family loved the action and boisterous servers there. If your family is more subdued I think Ohana is a blast! :thumbsup2
