Resort ressie question

We have ressies beginning 5/29 at SSR. We decided that we want to drive down straight through so I thought it would be fun to stay All Star Movies on 5/28. I was hoping to get an AP rate room but now I can't get any room! I need some advice...do I have a better chance of getting something by booking online, via a travel agent, or calling CRO? Not sure what we want yet, sorry I'm not more specific!

I don't know about an AP rate, but I went to disneyworld.com and put in ASMo for 5/28-5/29, and it came up with availability. You might check Dreams Unlimited and see if they can help with the rate, if there's any AP available.

Have you tried the other value resorts for that one evening? It seems to me that there are very few AP rates for the AS Movies as it is one of the most popular requested and they don't feel the need to provide as many discounted rooms there.

Just a thought.

Thanks - I'm not sure what to do since this is the first time I haven't used a travel agent for our trip!
