About two months ago, I booked a one bedroom villa at the BCV. Then, I changed my mind and upgraded to a two bedroom villa. Then, I changed my mind again a few weeks later and switched to two garden view rooms at the GF. Each time that I called to make changes, the CM that I spoke to could not see the rooms that I was seeing as available on the WDW webpage. Both times, I was told that there was no availability, but that if I wanted to make the reservation online since I could see availability, I was free to do so. Then, she would say something like, "Wait, I have one more way to look," and find the rooms that I could see on the website. Has anyone else had this happen to them? What's going on? Shouldn't the CMs be able to see as least as many available rooms at the guests?
