What is the cost of a Resort refillable mug at the Pop-Century resort ? T I A

Yep...last month I paid $14.90 total for mine (so $13.99 plus $.91 tax).

Can you refill the mugs anywhere in the Parks or just at your home resort?

If you sign up for the Quick Service Dining Plan the mugs are included!

That's also true for those who are on the Deluxe Dining Plan.

Nope - quick service and deluxe have mugs. The regular dining plan is the only one that doesn't include a mug.

The reason I was asking is that I am getting FREE counter service plan in june, and DH was curious about how much we are "saving" since the resort mugs are included in our package. There are 4 of us , so that is nearly $60.00... awesome!!
