We will be there in 2 weeks! I have a few questions as we have never had mugs before. They come with our dining package. Will each person in the family get one? What sort of things can we refill it with at the resort? Coffee, juice, milk? My kiddos will probably want some sort of small snack (some of which I will be bringing with us like granola bars) but it would be great to get them milk or juice in the morning without having to use snack credits. They are the sort of kids who want something right when they get up and then will eat again when we get to our TS adrs an hour or two later. Lol

Each person on the dining plan 3 and up will get a mug. You can get coffee, hot chocolate, water, tea and soda. No juice or milk, you will have to buy those separate or use a snack credit. Or if you are eating a counter service in the morning at your resort get the milk or juice with the meal.

For the kids, you might want to stop at a Hess or grocery store to pick up milk or juice--assuming your room has a fridge by the time you get there. My daughter always wants her cup of milk at 5 in the morning or some other terribly early time.

We are flying in and doing Magical Express so we won't have a car or a way to get to the grocery. :(

You can either order from a grocery service such as Garden Grocer ($40 minimum I think) or your resort will have basic food/drink items for sale. You can buy milk or juice there.

If you are planning on taking the Disney bus from the Poly to Downtown Disney while you are there, you can walk up Hotel Plaza Boulevard until you reach S Apopka Vineland Road (about 1 mile). There is a Goodings supermarket in the plaza behind the McDonald's (12521 County Road 535, Orlando, FL ). Alternatively, you can walk to the Hess Gas Station which is just outside the Pleasure Island parking lot. (1475 E Buena Vista Dr, Bay Lake, FL ). If you use google maps enter Gooding's Supermarkets Inc, County Road 535, Orlando, Orange, Florida 32836, United States to get the Goodings map or 1475 E Buena Vista Dr, Bay Lake, FL to get the Hess map so you can get a better idea of where they are located. Make sure you have a cooler/ice for the milk. If you are not planning on going to Downtown Disney, I would just pay the resort prices for the milk or juice instead of making a special trip because your time is definitely worth more than the savings on the milk or juice.
