Resort Reception

I filled up my online booking today for Cruise in October
The only thing I'm a wee bit worried about is that The've said that instead of sending my luggage tags and paperwork to my home , they're going to leave them at POR a few days before we leave.
Having experienced the odd glitch at a Disney Resort reception desk before(what do they do behind those doors out back?)am i right to be worried?
Has anyone else ever had to pick up paperwork at the resort before? and if so, was it there????????

Hi Lisa

I wouldn't worry too much, we had to do this once and I had the same concerns as you. Disney Cruise Line had their own little area at Recetion with their own staff. At POFQ the cruise lady would leave a little sign to say what hours she would be at the resort that day. We just went along to see her at a convenient time, she was very helpful and had all our paperwork to hand.

yes we also had a special DCL person, not the regular hotel reception.

We were staying at the GF concierge for our cruise. The DCL person had a separate DCL desk in the lobby.
