resort question

We are planning on visiting Universal the day we check out of our Disney resort, since we won't be back till probably between 5-7pm is it OK to leave our car in the resort parking lot until we get back? We are wanting to use the mears shuttle service to the park and back. We will of course have everything out of our room and packed in the car. Just wondering if it is ok to do this. Thanks

You are a guest of the Disney resort until midnight of the day you check out. You can enjoy all the perks - parking, swimming, etc - until then. Just be out of the room by 11:00 AM and you are fine.

Are you just wanting to keep your car at Disney because it's more secure? Are you worried about driving?

I drove over to Universal and it was really easy to get to and parking was pretty simple as well. We paid 20 bucks for the preferred parking. That's gotta be cheaper than a shuttle.
