Resort prices

Just made reservations yesterday for the Boardwalk Inn in October. After the shine wore off and we broke things down, doesn't over $400 a night in value season seem a little excessive? I can remember paying about $200 to $225. in the past. We were there in May last year and I don't remember it costing that much in prime season. What's up with that??

The Boardwalk is $289-$360 for value season depending on your view. It's $425-$505 for a room with Consierge. That is straight rack rate room only.
