How often do resort prices change? Do you think the prices will increase between now and next November/December?

From my understanding, once a year, usually July/August. If you are looking at 2014 the prices shouldn't change until next summer.

Resort prices change as of January 1st of each year. 2014 pricing is already released. Rates vary by season and weekend/weekday.

On a related note, does anyone know if the sale rates on Orbitz or Expedia have a pattern to them? For example, I've been looking at the Pop Century on Expedia since late July, and it's been $95 a night since then. I surely don't expect the price to stay $95 until next winter, but do you reckon a sales price will pop up again before then?

They use coupon codes. The room rate is mostly set by disney and they are just a travel agent so the general rate you won't see change. They just had a 15 percent off promotion. But they have them often.
