resort pools in december

anyone tell me about the resort pools in dec. ? heated warm or cool or closed ?

also water parks ?? heated or closed typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach

I am told Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, and all Disney Resorts heat their pools to 82 degrees year round.

However - if it is cold/windy outside, I'm not sure we'll be utilizing the pools!
