Resort point charts

does anyone have a chart of how much points are required to stay at the resorts that are not DVC, i.e. the Poly. Also any associated charges?

There is a $95 exchange fee to book at a Disney Hotel. This fee does not apply to Campsites at Fort Wilderness or at Disneyland Hotels.

I wonder if they will start charging the $95. for Disneyland Hotels now that VGC is open.

Also, internet service is not free for DVC members at non-DVC resorts, even if staying on points.
