Resort pin lanyard????

Hi all,

I heard something about this and I thought this would be the best place to find a clearer answer. Do you get a pin and lanyard set for staying on property AND another one if you have the Magical Express? or is it just one end of story.

You don't get a lanyard unless you booked a specific package that states
lanyards are included. If you just booked a room on property, it's just
that. Lanyards are "extras" with certain packages.

Magical Express is just the transportation service to and from the airport
that is available to all Disney resort guests, regardless of the type of booking
made for the room.

The lanyard & pin offer with certain packages is now history. Instead they have photopass which is only one of a number of stupid moves disney has made. The lanyard offer was a great idea while it lasted.

when we stayed w/ poly we got one, fyi, it was very uncomfortable for the kids to wear, very stiff material. it hurt their necks so we wore them, it hurt our necks too. buy the softer ones and you can find them that come w/ six or more pins! start w/ that! don't start buying pins individually until you do that and you can trade ones you want! have fun!

We booked room only with DME and we got a certificate for a pin with lanyard!!

i know it sounds silly, but the ones they give for free really hurt your neck. you cannot wear them all day. the ones you buy are sooo much softer.

Doesn't sound silly to me, DS has to have the tag cut out of just about every shirt he owns.
