Resort pin code question

Does anyone know when you receive the pin code in the mail that says it is
20% - 35% off resort rates how much they usually give you on WL or other deluxes. I know it was 30% of mods because I almost booked the last time I got one.

The discount can/will vary from resort to resort, from promotion to promotion, even possibly during the promo period. If it was 30% in the past, it'll very likely - but not absolutely - be the same.

Plan on 20%, you won't be disappointed.

Disney releases discounts to fill rooms, so discount amounts vary by resort as some resorts have more rooms to fill than others for a specific time frame. With that said, the BC/YC/BWI (that I have seen) usually has the larger discount (i.e., 30%) with the WL a lot of the time getting a 20% discount. This is not to say that the WL will indeed only be 20%, but in my experience, the WL has been known to fall into that lower discount lately. You would have to call to see exactly what the discount is for the WL (and other deluxes), but I would maybe count on the lowest discount so you're not disappointed. Then if it turns out the WL is on the higher end, it's a bonus .
