Resort Parking question

When we come down in December, we'll be driving to WDW from the airport, but dropping the car at the Dolphin. We'd like to stop at our resort to check in and drop off our suitcases (it will be far too early to check in, so we're going straight to the parks), and I'm wondering if, with the new parking charges, there is someplace we can park to do the check in and drop off without being charged for overnight parking. I would assume there would be something like this, but can anyone confirm?

Just tell them you're not parking overnight.

I wasn't sure if there was a special parking section for cars that aren't being kept overnight.

And you can check in as early as 7 AM. Your room likely will not be ready, but you can store your bags with Luggage Assistance ( Value) or Bell Services (Moderate & Deluxe) then head to the park. When you are in your room call down and your bags will be delivered. Don’t forget to tip the delivery person. You can also stop and pick them up yourself.
