We are staying at CBR. One night we are dining at CM at 6:50 and then taking a Wishes cruise from the Contemporary. I know that this will take longer than three hours (probably closer to 4) because Wishes will probably not start until 9 pm in June. Will there be an issue with parking at the Contemporary for that long? Anyone had the same experience?

We were staying on-site (the Poly) last week and we had an Illuminations Cruise. We parked at the Yacht Club. The person at the Yacht Club seemed only to care that we had a valid parking pass for a resort on-site somewhere. When I tried to tell him that we had a PS for Illuminations, he looked at me like he was wondering why I was telling him this. In other words, based on my limited experience last week, I think you'll be fine as long as you have a valid parking pass for a resort property.

I would tell the guard your situation. I would also leave enough time to park at the TTC and take the monorail to the Contemporary, which is what I think you've got about a chance of happening.

Parking at the YC and parking at the CR are two different animals. The CR tows people who overstay their three hour permits.

Just FYI, one afternoon we headed over to Contemporary with our POR parking permit and they still gave us the 3 hour parking permit. However, often we go to PTN on a Friday night at the Contemporary and they don't give us a 3 hour parking pass.

I imagine because people would try to park there and go to MK. So there is no way to get beyond a three hour pass?

Maybe after dinner I'll just go out and go through the gate again to get another 3 hour pass.

If you valet park at the CR (I think for $6), you can stay as long as you like.
