My sister in law has family in Orlando she is staying with for our trip she's joining us on. Me and my kids are staying at Pop. I know when we checked in last time they asked if we needed a parking pass. Can we get a parking pass and use it for her car? That way she could meet us at the resort in the morning and leave her car there and be able to spend the whole day with us instead of meeting up at the parks.

Is this doable? If so, what info would I have to give when I check in? License plate, what else?
She's not looking to get out of paying to park at the parks - just would be easier to have her meet us and take the buses together back and forth together.

We have done this on a few occasions, at resorts like Pop that aren't within walking distance of a park. It hasn't been a problem. You are entitled to park a car at the resort, so you aren't using any more of the facilities than you are entitled to.

Just out of courtesy, we don't do it at resorts where parking is at a premium, such as CR or BC. Those resorts have a hard enough time keeping enough parking open for the guests.
