Resort Parking Fees for Disabled

Is there any written policy on the subject of complimentary parking for H tag?

I’ve never seen it written publicly like on the website or promotional materials. I’m sure it must be written for internal SOPs because it is standard across WDW properties. I’ve never heard of anyone having trouble getting the fee waived, but you DO need to pay attention to your room account and stop at the front desk if a charge appears.
