Resort package amount due not showing

We have been booked since Jan 2nd for free dining in September. Disney adjusted amount due down significantly but then this morning I noticed they are no longer showing the amount left to pay?? Anyone else seeing the same issue?

I have had that happen, too. But when I sign out and sign back in or try back later, it usually shows up. Seems to have no rhyme or reason as to why isn’t not there sometimes

My amount due is missing as well. We are still carrying a balance due to the water park tickets that we have not been able to remove. We are scheduled to arrive July 15th.

I have reservations and one of them the balance is constantly disappearing and reappearing

Try refreshing the page. It comes on and off.

Sometimes the modifications made to a resort reservation can also make that link disappear completely (depending on how many, what type, etc). It's happened to me and the only way to fix it was for me to cancel and rebook.

Check in 7/25 (POR) only paid deposit but no balance due. I’m assuming they’ll collect it once I can make the “modify” call. Of course I’m hoping our resort will be opened! Wishful thinking most likely!

Same thing on all 3 of my reservations, no balance shown. They need to put it back if they want their money.

I just talked to a cast member (June 18 2020)
My balance was due tomorrow but she said I have until 7 days before vacation now to pay it.
Has anyone else heard or learned this yet?

I learned today if your reservation is before Oct 3rd then payment is not due until 7 day before check in. After Oct 3rd reservations are due as normal

I believe mine disappeared when I was refunded for my canceled dining plan. My assumption was that they just didn't refund me the little bit that was still left (it was a very low amount from moving my previous trip).
