Resort not FP+. If we're at FP+ resort 1st night only, do we get FP+ for all days?

We are booked (free dining) for a November stay at a resort that is not participating in FP+, as far as we know. It is a Moderate.

If we stay at a participating Value FP+ resort with no free dining for the night before we begin our Moderate non-FP+ stay, will that allow us to get FP+ for the duration of the entire stay?

1st night--Value. No free dining. Participating in FP+.

Nights 2-8---Moderate. Free dining package. Not participating in FP+.

Will we get FP+ for night 1 at the value only? Or will we get FP+ for nights 1-8?

These will be two separate reservations, as we are using free dining.

I am not sure if it will be the same for you but my DH and I participated in a magic band test at the end of july and when we switched resorts we still had access to make fastpass+ reservations. Now, I am not sure if this was a glitch but since the reservations were all linked to our my magic+ it did allow us to make reservations. We didn't even end up using fastpass+ after our first resort but the option was there. I don't know if I would bank on it still being available like it was for us - especially since I am not sure if it was intentional on Disney's part.

I would guess yes.... I have a reservation at the Poly for 1 night and it is letting me do FP+ for up to a week afterwards.

Too bad Poly is my last night!! ARGHHHH

I'll be splitting my 11-nights in September between CSR, AKL and WL. Animal Kingdom Lodge is the only resort that is testing in September. Since it's the middle resort during my trip, I got a Magic Band, and was able to reserve FP+ from check-in day at AKL, all the way through the end of my trip. So I would say the anser is most-likely yes.
