Resort Nightmares!

So it's finally started happening. I'm about two months from our honeymoon trip and last night I had the first of what I am sure will be MANY strange dreams about Disney. Last night's episode involved my Dfi and I being at WDW with a large group of people (some family, some strangers) and instead of having our rooms all together, we were on different floors, opposite sides of the hotel, and in many cases in different hotels! PLUS whoever was in charge of the trip (I think there was a "team leader") had arranged it so that every day or two we'd all have to hop to a different hotel.

Then the dream turned into a nightmare when I realized our tower room at CR was NOT a MK view (which we had requested). I went to the front desk to plead with a Cm that we were on our honeymoon and had requested a MK view yadd yadda yadda. Well of course the alarm clock goes off just as the Cm is about to tell me if we could move! I so want to go back to bed just to see if we got the room!

I haven't had anything like what you are describing...but when I first started planning our Disney wedding/honeymoon trip I was reading the "Left Behind" series of books. And while I don't remember all the details...I had a nightmare one night about the RAPTURE and being at Disney World (I vaguely remember something about my family disappearing and we are at Disney, or something like that)...I remember it was just a WEIRD dream...I call it the "Disney Rapture" dream. I thought it was hilarious!

I chuckled when I saw your thread...i had a weird dream last night about WDW, too! And I never dream about WDW!

DH and I went to the WL and it was closed down, abandoned and in shambles. It was heartbreaking to see the once majestic building falling apart. We coulkd go into the lobby and envision all the happy families running around, the noise of WCC, the sound of running water...but the place was just a shell of it's former self. We could not believe that we would never get a chance to stay there again.

We found out later that they were going to refurbish and turn them into CONDOS! That is a trend here in FL right now...taking beach hotels and also apartment complexes and making them condos.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!
