It was an April Fools joke. I know some people think it's great fun to play pranks all day and yes, some of them are funny, but the whole morning becomes a pretty pointless waste of time if you are trying to get things done while half the world is clowning around. Resort omugs are good as they are so you can relax about it and enjoy your countdown for your trip.

when we first stayed on-site around 95ish the resort mugs were always lifetime refills around 99ish they started to be length of stay

Those original ones which were 'lifetime' refillable are still being honoured (just in case you want to take your old ones back ..... just dont post on the DIS to advertise your intentions )

They must have been selected to make an advance purchase on the new 7/11 Value Resort that hasn't been announced yet
