Since the FQ is closed for rehab can I use my mug at CSR?

I would doubt it. They seem to have become more strict on the mugs in the last year. The the mug ads all now say that the free refills are good only for your current stay. At CB, they've changed the design, so we couldn't use the same mugs that we did as recently as July 2002. Given that, you might have a tough time filling up an FQ mug anywhere.

Probably not. The mugs are meant to be used only at the resort where they were purchased.

I'm just asking since the FQ is closed for reahb and the folks who had ressies there were moved to other moderates if they would let us use the mugs there.

I think the important factor here is that no one who is there when the FQ is closed should have a mug that they purchased for a current stay there. Anyone who has one would have purchased it for a previous stay and is therefore not technically eligible to use it for the current stay. If you had a current design mug from the resort you are staying in that you purchased on a previous visit, I assume you could use it with no questions asked. However, I am guessing that if you tried to use an older design mug or a mug from another resort (even one that's closed), you likely would be asked to purchase another mug or buy the individual beverage.

Jestocost is correct. The mugs are supposed to be used for the "length of your stay" only & due to the fact that FQ is closed for rehab, you couldn't have purchased it during your stay.

You will most likely have to purchase new mugs or buy individual drinks. I would save the room in your suitcases & don't bother to bring them with you.

We were relocated to the BC from POFQ in May. I asked the relocation team for new mugs since we could not use the ones we had from POFQ. The CM said no problem, we would find the mugs waiting when we checked in. We had two rooms and 7 new mugs at no cost.
