Resort monorail start time?

Hi all! What time does the resort monorail start running these days? Friends are staying at the Contemporary, and want to rope drop Epcot. Will the monorail get them there on time? TIA!

My research shows 30 mins prior to the earliest park entry (between MK and Epcot). If it was me (when we stay at Poly next year), I would get to the platform at least 10-15 mins prior to that.
