Resort Luggage Transfer

Ill be staying at the contemporary resort in August (business trip). My family will meet me a week later, stay with me a few days at the CR, then will transfer to a family suite at the Art of Animation Resort where my cousin and her girls will join us.

My question is, what's the easiest way to get our luggage and bags from the CR to the Art of Animation?

Bell services will transfer it for you. It will not arrive at AoA until late afternoon so pack what you need in a day bag and take with you.

We took a cab last time we did this. We could have had bellhop handle it, but not knowing what time it would arrive at our second hotel was too much for me (I'm perhaps too much of a planner!).

The cab method does give one peace of mind (I've done it before) and if you can get early check-in, it's nice to have it there already waiting for you. I've personally never had any luggage issues with the standard Bell Services resort transfer method but It can be after 4:00pm before your luggage arrives at the new resort.
