Resort IDs for EMHs

We are leaving for the VWL in a month. One DS is 2. Will they issue him a Resort ID for entry into the parks for Litle Ones Extra Magic Hour? Or do they just issue Resort IDS for over 3? Just curious about the process. Thanks!

They just issue them to over threes -- the two year old won't need one for park entry, extra hours or fast passes.

If he is too young to have to have a ticket, he will not have to have an EMH wristband either.
