I know there you can get your purchased items delivered to your onsite hotel, but I have a few questions about it (staying at Villas at Grand Cal next weekend):

Is the stuff delivered to your room or to bell services or another spot?

If we leave on Tuesday (after lunch) can we still get Monday's purchases delivered?

Do you deliver directly from the stores or do you have to take it to one of the package check in places (Newstand, Star Trader etc)?

Thank you!

I am not sure on Disneyland, however I know at Disney World, when you use package delivery they send the packages to the resort gift shop. According to another blog, it looks like at Disneyland the packages are delivered to your room. You can probably get them delivered to the front of the park as well, so either way you wouldn't have to carry them around the park. As for leaving tuesday, once again at Disney World you have to be at the hotel for another two days, but you can get your purchases delivered to the front of the park and then pick them up at the end of the day.

1. Bell Services

2. Yes, but one thing to keep in mind: cutoff for having something delivered the next day is about 7 PM. I was scrambling our last night to find a cheshire cat because i didn't want to lug it the last night.

3. they'll deliver straight from the stores. they come around between 7 and 9ish to pick up any deliveries to do them overnight, so that's why the cutoff.

They deliver to the GCH Bell Services. And as Kerouac5 said - you have an evening cut-off time for purchases. It may change depending on the park closing time though so verify that when you check-in.

The packages actually arrive at the hotel around 1am the night of purchase so you are guaranteed your items are there the following day, I've picked up packages at 6am on my way to get breakfast in Laguna (before I even had a message on my room phone alerting me it was there) and just brought my slip and it was there waiting. Enjoy! It's one of my favorite perks of staying on-site (though not my husband's as he says I spend more :lovestruc).
