Resort Hopping??

Has anyone ever "resort hopped" from one disneyland hotel to another during your stay??? We will be going from the Disneyland Hotel to the Grand californian during our stay. Will they move the luggage for us??? Will we be able to access our luggage while we are inbetween rooms??? Anything else we should know.. Thanks for your input!

A good guess would be they will not move your luggage for you(but ask), they would not for us. They hold the luggage in the bell storage area so I doubt you can access it, but again ask.
Never worked for us, a cab is cheap and easy.
