Hi, Fellow DIS-ers!
I've read through the other threads on resort-hopping and I haven't really found the answers to my questions, so I thought that I would start a new thread...
We are splitting our stay between three resorts in Dec: GF, WL & AKL (in that order).
I'm not worried about the procedure from GF to WL, because we're horseback riding late that morning at FW and will just check-in before that.
But the day that we move to AKL from the WL, it is an EE day at AK, which we planned to go to. We probably won't get to AKL until 5 PM or later and I didn't want to go and check in that early in the AM.
1. Will we get a cruddy room - or less desirable room - checking in so late in the day? We have a Deluxe Savannah View reserved.
2. When are the rooms actually assigned? Because if they're already assigned, I guess it's a mute point.
3. Do you need to call Bell Services at the new resort to get your luggage, or if you've already checked-in, do they automatically deliver it?
Thank you so much!
Sheila
