resort hopping...how to get there??

My family is planning to start our vacation at ASMo, then on to CBR. What is the best way for us to move from the first resort to the next?? How will we transport our luggage?? Any help would be appreciated, as this will be our first resort hopping experience? Thanks!

When we switched resorts during our stay this past Sept. I just asked at the fromt desk if they could send the luggage to the other resort and they did. We went to the park that day and then to our other resort and there was our luggage. I had gone really early to the other resort to check in then met up with the family. We had out car so it was a bit easier getting to and from the resorts.

We're doing ASMo to POR - when I made my ressie's on the phone, my CM told me just to ask the front desk and it shouldn't be an issue!!

Disney will transport your luggage for you. Have your bags ready to go when you check out of the All Stars. Call down to the bell assistance and they will come and get your bags. I think since All Stars doesn't have Bell Services, you will leave your bags in the room (the assistance isn't instant). Then go off and have fun for the day. When you are done, go to the Caribbean Beach, check in and have your bags delivered to your room. You can also check in at the Caribbean Beach early and when you have your room number, go straight there and then call down for your bags.
