Could someone please confirm if the rules have changed at all regarding resort hopping during the pandemic? Last I heard you needed to be able to prove you are staying at the resort or are eating there. Is this still the case?

Normally only f you arrive by car but if you use Disney transportation there are no issues. Enjoy your resort visits.

Disney still has some pesky day guests that don't want to pay park at the theme parks and want free parking at the resorts.

PP is correct. If you are arriving via Uber/rideshare or your own vehicle, you will need to show evidence that you're a guest at that resort or you have a dining reservation. A QS mobile order works sometimes, but there have been reports of people being turned away even with that.

If you plan to arrive via Disney transportation (bus, Skyliner, boat, monorail), then you do not have to show evidence of anything.

All above are correct. On both of our recent trips, we took Disney transportation to different resorts, no problem. No questions asked.
