Resort Hopping and Shop, Shop, Shop

I know you commandos have your dance card filled.. LOL...but what if we organized our own Resort Hopping to see Christmas Decorations, I know our days for things are changing so we will have to figure that out.. What do you all think of that.. Also, a shopping trip I think should be in order as well.. Give me your thoughts here

That would be cool....I would love to see them at night with the resorts lit up. Definitely a shopping excursion...I never get to shop with my little ones in tow.Would love to do this as well....would it be Downtown Disney, or elsewhere????

I would love to shop at the Universal place.. what is it called.. I have never gone there.. I think Livia wanted to hit a Gap.. I wonder if there is Gap in the area...

My ears are all perked up for this, but if we go off site, I'm relying on public transportation.(Not doing the car rental) I'm hitting the Belz Mall on 11-25.

I'm planning on doing some resort hopping anyway, just not sure when. I'd love to hear everyone els's ideas.

Universal Studios CityWalk is a 30-acre complex with an array of restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, state-of-the-art cinemas and live entertainment venues. Only thing is that there really isn't anything much there...hmmmmm

There is always the outlets and Downtown Disney!

I knew this would happen Someone would suggest something that I really, really want to do, but I wouldn't be able to since my dance card is full.

Oh well, at least it's filled with other things that I really want to do too!

I am already doing so much...and I feel that I'll be able to do so much more not having the hubby and kids in tow (LOL)...but I guess there is just never enough days in the week when you're talking about WDW.

I think the resort-hopping sounds like a blast~~~and I think doing that at night would be best so you could see the lights.

Shopping is always a 'good thing'

Little Lake Bryan, right down the street from Hotel Blvd exit, has a great new outlet mall. Has Disney outlet as well as Universal outlet. Lots of shops and food court. Have not been to Beltz in years since this one is closer. Last christmas time I took my mom and sister to Fl. on our annual Christmas shopping trip. Spent one week at OKW and one at Daytona. Came back packed to the windows. This year I am all done but the wrapping.

I would love to do the resort hopping thing. Last year we checked out WL, BW, and PO. Did not have a chance to see the rest. Can not wait for DH to see the lights and enjoy the holiday spirit that is everywhere.

I will have to buy some pants on the shopping trip.

I went to Belz and if you go, avoid the 4 way stop at the end of the street. An accident is bound to happen there!

Nancy, thanks for the link..There are some great shopping links there....I would love to do some of the more unusual ones....I dunno as I am not the shopping expert here....but I think this would be fun !!!!!!!

Well, I'm always up for shopping, that's fer sure. I didn't do much on my last excursion to WDW (except for the jacket), and I felt somewhat depraved....I mean deprived.
