Resort Hopping and 60 Day ADR Window

I am resort hopping and I have two different 60 day window start dates for being able to book ADRs instead of it just starting on my first vacation day. Is this normal?

That is normal. You will have 2 separate ADR windows. Your arrival + length of 1st reservation (including your resort change day), and then your second arrival + length of 2nd reservation. The ADR system does not recognize 2 consecutive reservations as 1 window.
