For our upcoming October trip, the 3 properties available are Old Key West/Saratoga Springs/Kidani Village. We are a party of 6 adults and will not have a car. Any opinions are helpful so we can decide which resort to book :)

Kidani. The 2BR villas have 3 bathrooms.
Another vote for Kidani. Three bathrooms are far better for six adults than two.

If you choose OKW don't get HH because there is not an entrance from the living room into a bath without going through one of the bedrooms.

You don't provide us much in the way of criteria, so it's difficult to say. So, let me answer by assumption.
Assuming you don't care about the bathroom situation
SSR, at least the newly renovated rooms in Congress Park. The access to Disney Springs is unbeatable, and with all the new lounges and restaurants there, it's a mecca for adults looking for better standard fare than in the parks or most resorts. Further, you have boat access to Port Orleans, a golf course, a huge fitness room, a spa, and expansive tennis courts. The bus situation there is fine, though there are a few stops within the resort at the various areas within SSR.
Assuming you prefer more bathrooms
You don't mention the adult situation (couples, all single friends, e.g.), but if I had the points (or $$), I'd opt for a resort with an extra bathroom, and Kidani is one of those resorts. As mentioned, the 2BRs have three bathrooms which could be a godsend. The buses there are also generally as good as anywhere else, but that is your only option outside of paying someone to haul you around. On the other hand, the resort is gorgeous, the pool area very nice, and there's a solid pool bar attached to it. Sanaa is one of the better restaurants on property, as well.
Assuming you want space
OKW has more square footage, thus more elbow room. It also has a very relaxed vibe. Again, you're limited mostly to buses, and in our experience, they seem to be a little fewer in number, but that may just be us.

One last bit of information re the bathrooms, I promise!

At SSR, the studio portion (secondary bedroom) will have a bath that is accessible only by going through the studio. The master bedroom has direct access to a partial bathroom with a vanity and a tub and through that to another bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. That last bath with toilet, sink and shower are also accessed by a door to the living room, so if anyone is sleeping on the living room couch they would presumably share that bath with the people sleeping in the master.

At Kidani, both the master and the studio portion have private baths accessible only through those rooms, whereas there's an entirely separate full bath with vanity, toilet and tub/shower accessible from the living room. So if people are sleeping on the living room couch, they'll have their own bathroom too instead of sharing with the master.

We've stayed at both OKW, then Kidani in a 2 BR. Everyone agreed that, although they liked the extra bath, they'd opt to return to OKW next time, partly because of the large "family-friendly" balcony, where there's a table several people can sit around.
