Resort Gift shops

Hi! Has anyone called to place an order by phone from a resort gift shop? I was hoping to buy a CD of african music from AKL. Can this be done?

Unless things have changed in the last year or so, you can't order directly from the gift shops. You have to order through WDW mailorder (I think that's what it's called). They have been very helpful to us in placing several orders through them. If you tell them what you're looking for, they should be able to locate it for you.

In December '01 we did call the AKL gift shop and the castmember helped us choose some items to order and gave us the stock numbers to order them through the mail order service.
