Resort gift shops- Poly/WL/BC

We are having dinner at O'Hana at the Poly, Artist Point at WL, and Cape May at Beach Club this trip. I've stayed at WL before so I'm familiar with their gift shop but is there anything cool or unusual to look for at the resorts I mentioned?

If you go to BC, take a short walk over to the Boardwalk at night. Street performers, games, ESPN, shops. if you can, go to Beaches and Cream in between Yacht Club and Beach Club. Old fashioned 50's style ice cream parlor. You can pick up something there and walk over or boat right across the lagoon to Boardwalk.

I guess you saw "Old Faithful" in the back of WL. WE love looking at the carved "totem poles" in the lobby.

I would agree with the recommendation for the Cape May Cafe. Take the time and walk around the Boardwalk. It is one of the nicest areas at Disney!

Poly has some wonderful shops with things you won't find at any other shop!! There is an awesome art gallery/store as well as a store that has beautiful clothing. The bar outside of O'Hana has some great cocktails and is a nice way to wait for your table!! Do take time to explore Boardwalk and depending on the time, walk into EPCOT via the very cool 'back' entrance and watch Illuminations!! It's a short walk from Beach Club.

Thanks for all the replies. I'm so looking forward to this trip as I haven't been to the World since 2004. I've been saving lots and buying GC's for souvenirs for me and my twins. I hope I find some unique items.
