resort for guest with 'stamina' issues

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I fail to see how a monorail resort would help stamina issues. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my knees and when I start to tire out the very last thing I want to have to do is climb that hill to get on the monorail. It is exhausting. I stay at the WL. Their new bus system brings us directly to the entrance with no hill and there is also the boat being a straight shot from the entrance. There are benches by the boat waiting area. I also highly suggest a scooter. Renting one from an outside source means she could drive it right onto the boat or bus or for that matter drive it up the hill to the monorail if she prefers a monorail resort. They are truly lovely if money is not a factor. I prefer to spend less, have the money for the scooter and not tire myself as frequently.

Thank you to everyone for your thoughtful and thorough suggestions. Here's what we decided:
three rooms (for the total of 6 adults, 3 children) at CSR, for 6 nights (instead of 5). More time to be relaxed and see things at a slower pace, recover from and prep for the flights, etc...

No one really had the budget for a monorail resort (my family didn't really understand how expensive was until it showed them the numbers), and the relative in question thought it would be best to stay at CSR and use taxis and buses and room service liberally (rather than book at WL and possibly still need to add all of those things to the budget).

They will also consider renting a car if that helps, still lots cheaper than the extra cost of three rooms at WL....

We'll note the medical/transportation issue in our ressie as suggested, follow up five days in advance, and ask that a wheelchair be available. That way, she can try it if she wants.

The healthier people in the bunch will appreciate the fitness room/club, the IT specialist will appreciate the high speed connection, we all like the concept of the Pepper Market, the pirate: princess: princess: will love the Dig Site pool, etc.... I'm psyched.

We just have to figure out if we're checking in a day ahead of the group (3 separate ressies JIC medical issues intervene for the rest of the family), and/or if we're staying an extra day...and then we'll put the AAA TA to work :-)
